You agree to pay all applicable fees for transactions made through our Services. Liively is not responsible for any additional charges from third-party payment processors.

All orders placed through our Services are subject to acceptance by the vendors providing the goods and services. Liively facilitates the transaction between you and the vendor but is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or failures in order processing or fulfillment by vendors.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds may be issued in full or in part for issues related to orders. A refund will be considered viable in the event that an item is not supplied, incorrectly issued, or if a charge has occurred for an undelivered or incorrect item.

While we work closely with our partners to ensure the best quality, refunds will not be available for:

• Delays in order delivery.
• Temperature or quality of food.

For merchandise purchases, refunds will only be granted if the wrong item is supplied or no item is supplied. Refunds for sizing issues fall outside of the scope of our refund policy.
